We designed our Basic Home Inventory Package with the average homeowner and/or renter in mind. It provides general protection and benefits, while being extremely affordable.

Basic Home Inventory-
• Homes/Townhomes/Condos/Apts. up to 2,000 sq ft:
  Flat rate of $200
• Homes/Townhomes/Condos/Apts. over 2,000 sq ft:
  Add $ .10/sq ft to base rate for additional square footage

The Basic Home Inventory Package includes the following:
• Unlimited inventory time
• High-quality digital photographs of interior home and garage
  (excludes photos of exterior home & garage)
• High-quality digital photographs and limited documentation of interior drawers, cupboards, and closets
• High-quality digital photographs and detailed documentation of up to 10 theft-prone and/or high-value items
• Printed home inventory report by Category, which includes all photographs, documentation, totals of purchase prices, and grand total of all documented items in the home
  (based on values given by the homeowner)
• Data CD containing all digital photographs and inventory report by Category
• Inventory Portfolio containing your Data CD and printed inventory report by Category presented in an attractive presentation folder 5-7 business days after completion of your inventory
• Free, long-term secure storage of inventory data (optional)

Our Standard Home Inventory Package provides much more protection and benefits than the Basic Package, and has been designed specifically for insurance purposes.

Standard Home Inventory-
• Homes/Townhomes/Condos/Apts. up to 2,000 sq ft:
  Flat rate of $329
• Homes/Townhomes/Condos/Apts. over 2,000 sq ft:
  Add $ .13/sq ft to base rate for additional square footage

The Standard Home Inventory Package includes everything in the Basic Package, plus:

• High-quality digital photographs of the exterior of the home & garage
• High-quality digital photographs and detailed documentation of all theft-prone & high-value items
• High-quality digital photographs and general documentation of interior closets, drawers, and storage areas
• Scanning of receipts and other critical documents
• Data CD containing all digital photographs, scanned items, and inventory reports by Category and Location
• Inventory Portfolio containing your Data CD and printed inventory report by Category presented in an attractive, organized, and sheet-protected binder 5-7 business days after completion of your inventory
• Two updates that can be made by mail or e-mail within the first year following your inventory to add any new items or items that were not available for documentation during the inventory. These items will be added to our copy of your Data CD.

Our Comprehensive Inventory Package is our premier home inventory package providing the most protection and benefits. We are confident that it will satisfy your insurance needs, as well as your needs before, during, and after a property claim.

Comprehensive Home Inventory-
• Homes/Townhomes/Condos/Apts.up to 2,000 square ft:
  Flat rate of $529
• Homes/Townhomes/Condos/Apts. over 2,000 square ft:
  Add $ .23/sq ft to base rate for additional square footage

The Comprehensive Home Inventory Package includes everything in the Basic and Standard Packages, plus:
• High-quality digital photographs and detailed documentation of interior closets, drawers, & other possessions
• Printed home inventory reports by Category and Location, which includes all photographs, documentation, totals of purchase prices, and grand total of all documented items in the home (based on values given by the homeowner)
• Inventory Portfolio containing your Data CD and printed inventory reports by Category and Location presented in an attractive, organized, and sheet-protected binder 5-7 business days after completion of your inventory
• One on-site update from Ataraxis to be made within the first year following your inventory to add any new items or items that were not available for documentation during the inventory. These items will be added to our copy of your Data CD.
