About Us


ABC Group LLC was founded in 2003 as a multifaceted Management Firm specializing in condominium management and facilities management. It has since grown to include a wider array of clients including; Commercial Property Management, Recreational Facility Management, Consulting, Home & Business Improvement, and professional services to non-profit organizations.

Robert A. Burrows Jr. is the founder of the ABC Group LLC and began his career in facilities management in 1987. In 1993 Robert completed educational coursework and practical application studies to earn the highest accreditation in the industry; the designation of PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager). This respected designation signifies a commitment to the field of Property Management.

Robert is an active supporter and member of the Community Association Institute (CAI-CT) He is a published author of numerous informative articles pertaining to many issues facing Board of Directors, Contractors, and Unit Owners. In addition Robert is a regular speaker at educational programs throughout the State hosted by CAI-CT.

From 2003 until spring of 2007, he held the position of Executive Director of the Channel 3 Kids Camp, which provides disadvantaged children in Connecticut the opportunity to attend a high quality overnight summer camp experience. The camp features 350 scenic acres in Coventry/Andover with 25 outbuildings, hiking trails, a rolling river, swimming pool, ropes course and athletic fields. Our clients are supported by an experienced team of professionals led by the Property Manager. All managers at ABC Group are required to pursue industry accreditation. CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) are two designations that our firm possesses.

ABC Group's Management team is supported by skilled and knowledgeable Assistant Property Managers who not only provide administrative assistance, but also actively participate in the day-to-day operations working with each client.

All accounting functions are accomplished on-site at ABC Group. The efficient and precise bookkeeping department is supervised by a Certified Public Accountant to assure timely and accurate reporting.

One of the great benefits of hiring ABC Group to manage your community or facility is the prompt, convenient, and cost effective "ABC Group Maintenance Division". These skilled tradesmen are available for routine work orders such as; replacing lights, repairing leaks, painting, and landscaping to the more extensive repairs like wood replacement, siding repairs, and interior restoration.

We offer a separate division for those individual unit owners, homeowners, or businesses that are in need of repairs, restoration, or an entire renovation. ABC Home Services LLC is a fully insured and licensed home improvement company.
